  2. I don't want to be too repetitive, but I have lotsa local jalepenos to use so probably a switch to Hell-apeno today.
  3. Hickory-smoked Live Wire starts today.
  4. Moving to a batch of Roasted Garli-peno today.
  5. WooHoo! We'll probably be able to have a supply garden-fresh, local tomatoes for at least another month or so.
  6. Prolly Casa Roja when the Hickory Hell dries up.
  7. I smoked some jalepenos over the weekend, so...: Hickory-smoked Hell-apeno Salsa is on today.
  8. We'll switch at some point today to Dazed and Corn-fused. More of a relish than a salsa, but delicious w/ local sweet corn
  9. Switching to a new salsa tonight: Garden of Eden. Killer-fresh Iowa dirt grown tomatoes happening here.

  11. Today's salsa: George. Couldn't think of a good name. Basically Casa Roja with serranos thrown into the mix. Yummy.
  12. 8/25 salsa switch: still fooling around with garden fresh stuff. Today we'll start St. Arnold IV. Never again. I already forgot what I did.
  13. @OakshireMatt I'd trade a Peachy recipe for a schwarzbier recipe, or I'd just give it to you. I'll send it via Facebook later.

  15. 8/20 salsa switch: more locally grown tomatoes and chilis today with another one-off, never-to-return again salsa: St. Arnold III
  16. 8/18 salsa switch: ACE, which is pretty ace
