  1. @nbJosh I'm at the San Jose Convention Center. Unfortunately, the show isn't open to the public, and I'll be here late.
  2. Aside from starting a surge protector on fire, we're having a surprisingly good tradeshow here in San Jose.
  3. @iGotchi Working the Printed Electronics tradeshow in the convention center across from Adobe headquarters. We're unveiling a new robot.
  4. Sorry, the previously mentioned OpenCL seminar is in the Urbana-Champaign area, not Chicago.
  5. @iGotchi Of course I'd be off in San Jose when you're doing this.
  6. If you're in the Chicago area next week and want to learn about OpenCL, @iGotchi is running a seminar: http://tinyurl.com/yj2vjg4
  7. @CocoaSamurai They top it off by using the Twitterrific icon on that same page.
  8. The people in the iPhoneSB mailing list are adorable, like student government members who think they can change the way a school operates.
  9. @rentzsch That's subjective and argumentative.
  10. @joericioppo I wouldn't look at it from a mathematical perspective, just keep trying combinations until layers replicate correctly.
  11. @joericioppo It should be possible, if you get the order of the translate and rotate transforms right. It should be quick to test.
  12. @gcard3 Base: http://tinyurl.com/5t9cg4 . There's also Core Data Editor, which works nicely: http://tinyurl.com/oltp4t
  13. @foresmac Also, the car kits are finally shipping. I just got mine yesterday. Haven't tried it yet, though.
  14. @modernscientist Better now, but those surveyed here: http://tinyurl.com/yzua4gt have to realize that this is not fun.
  15. Go get yourself vaccinated for H1N1. You and your loved ones should not have to suffer through my last few days.
  16. @paulandstorm If I can plug my own applications, a molecular modeler: http://tinyurl.com/6cfa7w and a calculator: http://tinyurl.com/d3lxqb
  17. @foresmac It also makes CPU-based vector code far easier to write. No having to deal with SSE3, SSE4, etc.
  18. I love old tech ads: http://tinyurl.com/ylykb4q . This one in particular is a real gem: http://tinyurl.com/yag7ddg
  19. @fraserspeirs Ads of mine that drive Windows-heavy traffic tend to have a higher conversion than Mac-heavy sites. I can't explain it.
  20. @fraserspeirs True, but I've been surprised by the number of them that will pay for a higher-priced quality product.
