  17. @thebrandbuilder I did say that we don't think of everyone who tweets about Pepsi as brand advocates the opposite they are.
  18. @thebrandbuilder the Bain research shows by activating 20% of people who ate likely to recommend your brand you can double sales, etc..
  19. @thebrandbuilder not influencers advocates people who are passionate about the brand to the point where they will recvomend it to a friend.
  20. @thebrandbuilder however would love to hear what you would suggest from a tactical approach? Do you follow the Pepsi handle?
