  8. Ask for & listen to constructive criticism from friends & colleagues. Ask them how they felt & what they'd improve - then action that.

  10. Dont assume a blank expressions are negative; they may be listening intently & give you the best feedback (believe me it happens).

  12. If you move when you present, make sure you are moving for a reason, for example to speak directly to someone; if not stay still.
  13. Dont expect to be brilliant the first day presenting. The 1st Motorway journey is always daunting but after a while it becomes 2nd nature.
