  1. Supplies ordering has been added. You can now set-up a supplies list to facilitate ordering of items for a meeting. (e.g. sandwiches, tea...
  2. Booking ID # is now automatically added to meeting notes for reference. Thank you Ormond Meeting Rooms for the suggestion.
  3. booking in 15 minute intervals is now an possible. Go to Settings Tab and select the booking interval required (30 or 15 minute)
  4. It is now possible to manage bookings across multiple buildings within the same account. Edit Room [E]; Manage Buildings; Assign Rooms.
  5. It is now possible for administrators to set what rooms each booker is allowed to book on an individual basis. Default is all rooms.
  6. We are delighted to announce all charges have been reduced by 50% for the remainder of 2009 and we intent to keep it that way!
  7. All booking email notifications have an attached iCalendar file that can be saved into MS Outlook and then synchronized to a PDA or phone
  8. Time format can now be changed from 24hr format to 12hr format as required. (Owner>systems settings)
  9. You can now add unlimited repeat bookings when booking a meeting room
  10. File attachment feature added to allow agenda documents to be sent with meeting notifications when booking a meeting
  11. URL linkback feature added. You can now add a link to your main website from your 'Header title' - MY INFO > SYSTEM SETTINGS
  12. 'Add Room' button has been moved to the sub-nav menu and appears in Week-view as well as Day-view. (Administrators)
