  1. @reppaulryan You guys are elected to make as few mistakes as possible. Unfortunately, both parties have been at fault on that front.
  2. Have a great weekend. Off to play in the snow. I will be in Chicago next week. Tweet me if you wish to get together.
  3. @AndyHarless Nov. seasonal adjustment problems were a big part of it. Funny but they actually subtracted jobs rather than added then.
  4. @DukeStJournal Thanks, mtge mkt not my forte. To say the least.
  5. @DukeStJournal Not surprised by that! Would have been surrpised if they were a factor. Lol
  6. @mreb You are such a compassionate soul! Lmao.
  7. RT @MinneapolisFed: Charts comparing employment to previous recessions updated W/ Nov. 2009 data from the BLS. http://tinyurl.com/8c4y5a
  8. @DukeStJournal Not sure bear flattener will continue. It will need more fuel. Long end under pressure yest. on rumors Japan will sell $100B.
  9. @DukeStJournal That was the Fed Fund futures.
  10. @DukeStJournal Fed Funds now pricing Fed move in May to June time period. Thus short end weakness in last hour or so.
  11. @SellPuts Temp jobs not retail. Retail was -15K. So not sure they will be laid off at end of Xmas season.
  12. @christopherhuff And money is the right denominator! Lol.
  13. @InEgoVeritas This number was strong in more places than just the seasonals. TY!
  14. @InEgoVeritas It is more due to seas. adj. issues than real growth, but last month's # was biased lower by seas. adj. too. So trend good.
  15. WH now saying they haven't seen U/E #. Officially they get the report the evening before release. $$
  16. @grocklein They "officially" get the number the evening before the report, but unofficially ....
  17. White House puts out story that tomorrow's U/E rate could tick higher. They do get the # the day before but usually not this early FWIW. $$
  18. @Fullcarry I still think LT Treasuries will take the brunt of the action. A little early for big move in ST mkt. IMHO, but you never know!
  19. @Fullcarry I expect a big move on # and then a secondary trade on the NSA figure as well as other components. Will be fun. :)
  20. @Fullcarry Not tooting my horn, but if you look at my tweets after # last month, I said we could get a # near positive this month.
