  7. @alancse it takes a while to cook otherwise I would tell you it's quite easy to get done. The main ingredient is "time" :)

  9. It's dinner time in the valley and I am cooking some slow roasted lamb shanks with herb mash and roasted mushrooms. With red wine, of course

  11. It's sad to see those numbers, I expected that with such a widely adopted language, there would be more people focussed on quality practices

  15. It means that to create the same amount of mess it takes us soooo much longer. You have to admire their efficiency! Hyperproductivity FTW ;)
  16. It's amazing how much mess a 1.5 year old can create in a fraction of his lifetime. True, as we age, the time for that fraction increases.

  19. Made an early fire this afternoon as it's quite cold. It's nice and warm in the house thanks to that.
