  1. Had a great time at the uv.rb urug meeting tonight. Thanks to all that showed up!
  2. Having to do some work on a project in svn, and totally missing my local branches in git. Next step: git-svn.
  3. Reminder: The uv.rb urug meeting is tonight. http://bit.ly/2o3iDP #urug
  4. Enjoying some manly comics. http://whiskerino.org/2009/... #whiskerino
  5. @brackenm Ah, thanks for the link. I've read conflicting reports all day, and concluded it was removed. Guess I'll update then. :)
  6. @justinbkay From what I gathered, 10.6.2 shipped without Atom support.
  7. @joefiorini You can pry my 'sudo nano' from my cold, dead hands!
  8. Hmmm, wondering if Apple's removal of Atom support in their latest update means I should remove Snow Leopard from the netbook...
  9. @mattvryan I think its because PHP is easy. In my experience agencies like to get done fast and aren't concerned with maintainability.
  10. Kiss Daddy's cheeks goodbye. He's growing and showing! http://whiskerino.org/2009/... #whiskerino
  11. Soon I will have a beard, but for now I have velcro-head. http://whiskerino.org/2009/... #whiskerino
  12. ♻ @cote RT @schwarzwald: php seems to be ubiquitous at web design agencies but rare at places full of people with actual CS backgrounds.
  13. @hasmanyjosh I understand. We should tolerate each other even if we can't accept behavior. But I can still love you, right? :)
  14. @hasmanyjosh I'm sorry. I don't know what was said to you. And I don't live in California. But the LDS church doesn't teach hate.
  15. @hasmanyjosh If you believe church leaders are inspired by God, its "faith". If not, its "hate". Please don't confuse my faith with hate.
  16. @hasmanyjosh Last, let me say that I have profound respect for people's choices, and I'm sorry that gay marriage divides so many.
  17. @hasmanyjosh See "The Family: A Proclamation to the World": http://bit.ly/3uRTlE And "The Articles of Faith": http://bit.ly/3lWype
  18. @hasmanyjosh The church also teaches that we have "free agency", meaning we are free to choose. For good or bad, we get to live how we want.
  19. @hasmanyjosh The LDS church warns against attempts to weaken the family, and the affects it will have on both individuals and society.
  20. @hasmanyjosh The LDS church believes families are fundamental to society and the kingdom of God here on earth and in heaven.
