  6. @watatataym Aww. I'll miss Bronson.
  7. @exieabola Whoops. It's 'What I Loved,' not 'What I Lost.'
  8. @exieabola Enjoyed Hustvedt's 'The Blindfold' and' What I Lost.' Davis's 'Collected Stories' just out, but 'End of the Story' is brilliant.
  9. @exieabola I think Auster's wife (Siri Hustvedt) and ex-wife (Lydia Davis) are much, much better writers than he. Especially Davis.
  10. @exieabola Can't say I like Auster's fiction, either. Couldn't get past two pages of 'City of Glass' and 'In the Country of Last Things.'
  11. So to Pinoy media: Now that a real massacre happens, you can't use the word anymore because of how severely you have cheapened it.
  12. Can't think of any way to say how appalling, how horrifying this is: http://bit.ly/5FgZCy
  13. James Wood's back knocking marquee names. After Richard Powers and A. S. Byatt, the latest casualty is Paul Auster. http://bit.ly/4zgkHL
  14. For @jbvilla: RT @FakeAPStylebook Do not refer to a JD as "Dr." unless followed by a pregnant pause and an emphatic "...of JUSTICE!"
  15. Liking Solange's version of the Dirty Projectors' 'Stillness Is on the Move.'
  16. Oh no. I didn't know Maura Johnston has left Idolator. (Screw that 'Mark all as read' button in Google Reader.)
  17. Stop press: A Michelin inspector speaks to the New Yorker! http://bit.ly/2ymtTT
  18. Assembling a sort of play list for the wife's birthday party this weekend. Yeeha.
  19. Laid 'Art of Describing' aside to read 'A Journey of Struggle and Hope,' memoir of Jovito Salonga, the greatest President we never had.
  20. RT @daveheal Google wants to ditch HTTP and make the web faster: http://bit.ly/qXqgh
