  1. @Comprendia great to have the publicize it too. We call ourselves "analytical and life sciences". FYI. ;-)
  2. So now we're trying to build our ANDI/MS/NetCDF tools in MingW/Cygwin. Anyone had success building netcdf disto in mingw? No clean compile.
  3. It is a sign of the times: defense contractors big and small have much larger budgets for custom development than major pharma.
  4. NetCDF lives. At least it did tonight. We're supporting translation to the ANDI/MS flavor for some chemists who remember the 90's. #WhatFun
  5. It is a very busy quarter @bioanalyte. More work than fits into 13 40-hr weeks. And we're grateful for it!
  6. Is there a #WOTT live stream tweetup @bardcoffee or #TheSnug @rachyrach1? 8 pm tonight, right?
  7. Does anyone have any experience with netCDF format? Can I go from zero to 60 in less than an hour?
  8. MSRedux X2ML 1.0 Xcalibur-to-MassLynx raw data converter sent to a pharma customer. Use MassLynx MS^E software on Orbitrap source data.
  9. @wmduke Libertarians are good in a crisis. Report on/help out w/OH H1N1 triage? Flu-only MD office waiting rms, emergency rms, etc.?
  10. 11 a.m. White House declares state of national emergency for H1N1 outbreak. "Like hurricane preparedness." Details coming on NYTimes.com
  11. We inked a deal today to reverse MarkerLynx retention time alignment to verify that orig raw data is consistent with reported results.
  12. @davecousins This is in your bailywick. http://bit.ly/367YTA
  13. We've released Complex Tracker 2 0.7.5 (beta) to CovalX AG for review.
  14. Hear, hear! But has Hallmark signed up? RT @WatersUPLC Happy National Postdoc Appreciation Day! (1st annual)
  15. @amy_runner Birthdays should be memorable first, pleasant second. So go on the XC. Laugh about it later. Tell your grandkids someday.
  16. What compression algorithm does bruker use in .yep files? Any ideas anyone?
  17. We've been asked to help OR State w/biomarker disc: 100 raw MassLynx LCMS chromatograms of pep. & metabolites. No sweat for ProTrawler.
  18. @pharmaguy that's a good idea.
  19. @chem_hates_me Simulating rxn kinetics sounds like fun & best when the rxn actually happens. I came up folding proteins on lattices.
  20. Now this is useful! NB @mrgunn @jayhawkbabe RT @BinaryNights Yes, sftp without ssh is possible. Check this out: http://bit.ly/uEElj
