  13. Arrived in Seoul hoping to get away from Incheon International during a long layover and take in the city...but it's only 7 degrees F here.
  14. On board and ready to fly to Seoul. During an 8-hour layover there, our team plans to take a train into Seoul.
  15. Landed in Ho Chi Minh City/Saigon on a sunny Sunday afternoon. Next flight to Seoul is in 9 hours.
  16. Vietnam food has been good and good for us. No milk. Very little fat. Very little sugar. Mostly fish and chicken. Rice, veggies, and fruit.
