  11. June 6, we presented to Whitehorse draft budget. Cycling money way too low to get done what is in their own strategy
  12. No news for us in the Vic Budget. Must make sure Ringwood train station development is done with the trail in mind. And keep campaigning.
  13. We put in a submission re draft Whitehorse Integrated Transport Strategy. Our point: Get the Whitehorse Cycling Strategy 2007 done.

  15. We have won Whitehorse Sustainabliltiy Community Leadership award for prep of the trail feasability study and promotion of the plan
  16. MP Dee Ryall's press statement now on our site: great support for the trail and for $5 million funding as promised by State Govt.
  17. Our petition for the trail was handed over today to the Liberal MP Dee Ryall who will present it in Vic Parlt. soon: 4000 signatures.
  18. Today we spoke to Grades 5 and 6 at St John's Mitcham about the bike trail from Ringwood to Box Hill. Hope they can ride it pretty soon.
