  6. Says her budget review process would have reduced city department needs by $9 million dollars. Says #bham is a vibrant city, not gloomy.

  14. A city attorney said Choy is working on a (the) police brutality case, Leitman is working on personnel board issues. #bham
  15. The contract is an extension for outside counsel to represent Birmingham. Choy Lichenstein - $200k, Leitman Siegal Payne - $300k. #bham
  16. Attorney, councilors are trying not to name what case Choy and Leitman's firms are working on. There's ongoing litigation, apparently. #bham
  17. Attorney says the $500k legal services contract for the two firms is a continuation of a previous contract which has more work. #bham
