  5. Finishing up a consulting project that uses SQL Compact, Report Viewer and (sigh) C#. No, I didn't write it... but I did design it.
  6. Sitting in the ATE section at SQL PASS bored silly. Answered a bunch of questions and raised hell with the MS folks...
  7. Trying not to get yellow fever... coming down with something after having taken an oral vaccine.
  8. Back to ferreting out the bugs and issues with Report Builder 2.0. Still no word back from Microsoft on the lastest bugs.
  9. What does one charge for an ad on a blog? Someone wants to place an ad and don't know the prevailng rate.
  10. Using a SP with parameters in RB 2.0--you have to refresh the dataset to get it to recognize the parameters.

  12. Checking Connect for a similar bug. This is so obvious, I'm surprised that it was even let through...
  13. Okay, it's a bug. If you choose Stored Procedure as the query type and the sp does not have defaults the wizard won't work.
  14. It seems it wants the parameters at one phase but not at another. It works with "Text" mode...
  15. I'm trying to figure out the secret handshake to get it to accept a named stored procedure that takes parameters.

  17. Did you test your backup? Against a new system? With new hardware?
