  1. Oh, Internet Explorer. If I ever meet your development team, there will be copious, gratuitous blood.
  2. @nickdonnelly Try the Jam Factory by the station.
  3. I don't know why I hadn't seen Twitter's guide for businesses before, but it's actually pretty good (if hidden). http://bit.ly/zGcm4
  4. @simonmacmichael Alas, I'm not even sure there's anywhere that does salt beef :(
  5. @DailyInfoOxford But it's a very well crafted link and we appreciate it.
  6. One hot pastrami sandwich on rye, mustard and pickle, hold the mayo, a side of coleslaw and a thick, dark cup of coffee. To go. Thanks.
  7. @MAMK That's what OutMap.org was going to be, but I changed tack when I saw Wikitude - I think you're going to pull it off really nicely.
  8. @MAMK There's huge potential for location-based functionality by simply adding custom user dataspaces (w/ custom datafields) to Wikitude.
  9. It's probably bad form to include an actual growling noise in a Subversion commit message, but too bad.
  10. @rhodri I think you should start an aggregated feed at batshitcolumnists.com.
  11. @elggx Have you cleared your use of the name & logo with @elgg? Might be worth having a word ...
  12. @OxfordCityGuide So that conversion would be difficult! But for open source projects I've already had a hand in, check out http://elgg.org/.
  13. @OxfordCityGuide It's not an exaggeration to say that I owe my entire career to @DailyInfoOxford's generosity over the last 25 years or so!
  14. @OxfordCityGuide After this one, my plans are all open source, so you'll be welcome to them ;)
  15. @OxfordCityGuide I'm afraid I am in the employ of a competitor ;)
  16. @timfernando Kind of a localised StackOverflow / Yahoo Answers for Oxford. But hopefully with bells on.
  17. I have approximately 14 hours to create a very fully-featured web app for Oxford. And ... go! (I love this.)
  18. @paulsq Thanks; it's not something I could talk about before, but these situations are very much on the up. Which is brilliant.
  19. This time last year, my sister was disabled & both parents had potentially fatal conditions. #iamthankfulfor their health.
  20. @lukealexander I know a guy who has a really great time-based app idea. Really hoping he gets it off the ground.
