@ If cost is a concern, consider buying used. I know a few folks who have scored great deals on Herman Miller stuff on Craigslist.

@ At GeniusRocket we used HeyWatch and Encoding.com. I'm indifferent about both. Often used Adobe Flash Video Encoder for FLV tho
