  1. Interesting night playing with AsteriskNOW, TrixBox, and Elastix. Not sure which one to focus on yet.
  2. RT @joesaid "Price is what you pay, value is what you get." ~ Warren Buffett
  3. @onsip I checked out the service and it looks fairly promising, but what happens when more than 5 callers try to enter an ACD queue?
  4. @Hosted_PBX It's a mandatory customer deliverable for a project we're working on. I need to show X calls answered within X seconds.
  5. @onsip Reporting API sounds very nice. I will check this out later today.
  6. @Hosted_PBX Nothing too fancy. Need to know per call details in a single report (eg hold time, duration, etc).
  7. Possibly in the market for another hosted PBX. Too bad because I like who we're with but can't get detailed enough reporting.
  8. @tdhurst I'm with you 110%. Everything Burton touches turns into a brilliantly dark masterpiece.
  9. RT @nz_security:Handy online tool to see if your network is IPv6 ready http://bit.ly/18hLO3
  10. When my microwave stops the display says, "Food is Ready". Michael Pollan might take issue with its definition.
  11. Wow... that last server move was way too easy. Figured that wp-cache would break for sure but it's fine.
  12. Crossing my fingers that when DNS propagates all will be well...
  13. @shaelynette That's fine with me, but the beer fridge needs to be bigger.
  14. For anyone interested in connecting on a musical level my last.fm profile is: http://www.last.fm/user/sil...
  15. @davehull Trial and error back in that day could have been a matter of life and death -- today it's a reboot or restore.
  16. What's a PRT?
  17. @lyricessence I can sympathize for her to a point, but nobody forced her to step on the national platform. She should have seen this coming.
  18. Figures, the second I stopped the XML development our #1 potential client requested better reporting. Back to work I go...
  19. @tdhurst LMAO! I didn't even think about the fact that they elected her in the first place. Excellent point.
  20. @tdhurst Yep, you got me there. I'm a closet fan of basic algebra, stating the obvious, and contradicting myself!
