  1. @millix better than the "plain" 3G or just in general?
  2. not sure how the 1/2 marathon is going to go next weekend. hope to get under 1:55 but i haven't been training enough.
  3. St Joseph's Hill: 6.4mi, 1:01:05, 1,579' elev gain/loss, 818cal (PB is 59:31).
  4. First hill trail run in 5+ weeks. Hamstring better, but felt the effects of not running hills.
  5. Quick shower then off to p/u my brother at SJC. Coming in town for the Moto GP races at Laguna Seca tmrw.
  6. Lexington Reservoir: 7.63 mi, 1:05:14, 1978 ft elev gain/loss, 1002 cals. About 2.5 minutes off my PB.
  7. Ran the hills for the first time in 3-4 weeks. Lesson forgot now learned again: pace mgmt & heart-rate mgmt are key in hills. :)
  8. Randy Rhoads was so talented. Ozzy Osbourne "Randy Rhoads Tribute (Live)" is essential.

  16. Dive computer shows desat at 8am tmrw which is five minutes before takeoff! Should have dove Nitrox on the deep dive!
  17. Today's report: Tarpon Alley and then got some great shots of large rays at Gayle's Mountain. Visibility definitely better today.
  18. Squid move and pulse with such cool colors underwater.
  19. Slacking on the dive reports! Yesterday was great. Large octopus and a few large male turtles. Also a pair of cool squid. Took a movie!
  20. Made friends with a juvenille turtle today at 'Penny's Arch' dive site. Also met a large crab under an overhang.
