  2. @jonathanmead - great article about personal growth. glad you boldfaced "community", as I've found just interacting with others to be key.
  3. Help me raise money to fight prostate and testicular cancer this "Movember" - www.SweatTheStache.com - Thanks for the support!
  4. 365 lbs for a double in the box squat. Felt great!

  14. @etcet Haha... destroying your garage by doing a chin-up just sounds awesome though.
  15. @sixspeedsam Thanks Sam! I headed over to the new Hard Training Club on Kalorama. Heavy dumbbells and exposed rafters. Fun workout!
  16. @firewater_hall Sure thing, just keep track of your strength and back off if it starts to decline.
  17. @firewater_hall Weighted chin-ups/pull-ups. Pushing up your max weight in those will help tremendously. Work low reps and long rest!
  18. Did several rafter chin-ups today! More exciting news - I actually found a place to do rafter chin-ups!!
  19. Looking for a place in Washington DC with dumbbells over 100 lbs...
  20. @AnjaHenseler Thanks for the link! Great old time strongman pictures! They looked like bodybuilders and lifted like powerlifters!!
