  14. ex) 'Ruby' is the superset but I want to mention Rails specifically. 'Ruby or Ruby on Rails'? 'Ruby or Rails' (looks like typo for or/on).
  15. What's the clearest way to specify the set of projects that are Ruby, but may or may not be Rails?
