  1. @steveofmaine I'm missing a couple from last year. I have everything from January through now, except for one. Think I'm missing April 29th.
  2. @brucetola What, you want antiquitemp?
  3. @jgamet @podfeet @Summer72H Yeah, that is kinda lame all right.
  4. @kd0ess and I hear that they've worked out a lot of problems.
  5. @kd0ess They're coming out with new hardware. I expect that Ed at Import Communications has the latest batch,
  6. @kd0ess Hard to say, they both have advantages, but if all the bugs are worked out of the Baofeng, I'd get it.
  7. @kd0ess LOL, you did.
  8. @kd0ess The Baofeng, by far. $65 shipped.
  9. @kd0ess No, just some small ergonomic differences. Baofeng is slightly smaller, and it waits longer before it exist the menu.
  10. @kd0ess Yeah, we all want that. :)
  11. @kd0ess I think if they have all the bugs worked out of the Baofeng, I like it a little bit better.
  12. @kd0ess But as for right now. I have both the Baofeng UV_5R and the Wouxun and like them both.
  13. @kd0ess as soon as I know anything concrete.
  14. @kd0ess Pretty nearly. Actually, I think I might wait. A new radio from TYT might have better speech than both of them. I'll let you know
  15. @kd0ess Well, the price is right on the Wouxuns and the Baofengs. bit.ly/LTCUAG
  16. @kd0ess I'm good to about 30 wpm, maybe a bit more if it's a good signal and a good fist. Can't send that fast though.
  17. @kd0ess Well, that's an easy problem to fix :-)
  18. @kd0ess Waiting for the new Elecraft rig. KX3, runs 10 watts and weighs 1.5 pounds. Should have it in a couple weeks or less.
  19. @kd0ess Theree's info on bit.ly/v6beu2 though.
  20. @kd0ess No, it reads its displays out in morse though with an extra box.
