  1. Throat not hurting too much now after straining it trying to sing tenor parts yesterday! Phew - got a performance with the work choir today!
  2. @jimcbarker Too long. Howabout #home²brew ? Saves 3 characters... or even #H²Brew (although that could be hydrogenically confusing)?
  3. @steevc I'm using it but could do with some invites to include more people. Lots of potential in the gap twixt forum and email
  4. My Name is Earl... what an excellent programme. I love good-natured comedy.
  5. Trying to extract information from a Matlab file via Python.... but enough brain exercise for one day. Home time!
  6. .Saddlebags. First ride with my new panniers this morning. Worked great, although pleasant weather meant their waterproofing wasn't tested.
  7. @jackstow Normally but not always; it depends how much I am trying to squeeze in.
  8. .Something Brewing. We now have a vat of beer starting to mature and have just got back from consulting with local master brewers
  9. @solobasssteve I wonder which midwife? Presumably at L. hosp, so I probably know them (did lots of work helping them with web stuff)
  10. @vancheese Where's winter? Over here (although, that said, it is a pleasant autumnal day so far today in #Oxford)
  11. @steevc None of my contacts tweeted between 11 and 11.02am GMT... probably helps not having a ridiculous number of followees!
  12. Great version of Day Tripper by Elaine Caswell: http://bit.ly/221eLR
  13. Remembrance Day today. Alarm set to remind me to take a couple of minutes silence at 11am for ALL who've suffered the bloody mess of war.
  14. Just tested lights and saddle set up on my new bike. All good, so shall probably cycle to work tomorrow (if it's not too wet)
  15. @vancheese Photos please!
  16. @mattdfreer I've just relied on quick-drying trousers - I'd rather get soaked with rain than sweat!
  17. I'm definitely not interacting via Twitter as much since starting to use @TweetDeck ... or maybe it is just that it isn't so distracting?
  18. @mattrees Wave to somebody - I'm on there with the same username as for my email
  19. Finding #focusbooster a useful tool to help me focus and crack through my work: http://bit.ly/pXvPa
  20. @petergunstone Interesting theological question. I imagine the fruit might be a lesson in patience rather than a wave invite though.
