  1. @BrettGlenna Yep. They go straight into the freezer to preserve the sweetness. They'll taste great in the dead of winter.
  2. 81 ears of corn from the garden: http://twitpic.com/a6xvp
  3. @hippiekasey Yum!
  4. @tfrommer Oh, James is no saint. :-)
  5. @BPlague These were from the freezer - '07 and '08 crops mixed together. Fresher ones added later in boil.
  6. @goodbeershow Go, Bob!
  7. @BXDoran Haven't decided on the dry-hopping. Will taste and decide when it's done. Not sure how strong my own hops will be.
  8. CNN.com headline: "Squirrel's Head Stuck in Cup." Edward R. Murrow would be proud.
  9. Brewed a pale ale today with 7 ounces homegrown Cascades in the last 30 minutes of the boil. An ounce every five minutes, one at flameout.
  10. RT: @JohnR32 hard to come by? Why it's no tribble at all.
  11. One more worthy Trekker: @hiikeeba
  12. @hiikeeba D'oh! My bad. I thought I got them all.
  13. @JohnR32 D'oh!
  14. Also Trek-worthy: @lbonser @soulfullatina
  15. @BrewGoddess Just tell me how many. :-)
  16. @BrewGoddess No prize - just a deep feeling of satisfaction. :-)
  17. "The Trouble with Tribbles," of course. Proudly flying TOS geek flags: @BrewGoddess @easco @caederus @zelthian @wwest4 @jnaz
  18. The quadrotriticale reference was a Star Trek reference. Bonus points for naming the episode. No Googling!
  19. I think I'll make a wheat beer with quadrotriticale. Hard to come by, though.
  20. @SacBrew Thanks!
