  4. We'll be arriving in Eminence eminently.
  5. Tower Grove & Vandeventer, 5:15 pm today: Site of the bird party to end all bird parties. Thousands of them raven it up.
  6. Had a great day in the pool this morning after a long series of not-so-great days
  7. Last week, one friend passed away, one friend got married and one friend's dad disappeared. Feeling like the calm at the eye of the storm.
  8. I've got a Google Wave account. Thanks, Dres!
  9. Drinking a green chile beer and eating green chile cheese fries. Two servings of vegetables.
  10. Milo suddenly started walking 25 feet at a time today. Before, he'd only take a few steps. Thin air = less resistance.
  11. Photos of Milo's excellent urban bike adventure: http://bit.ly/20yMm0
  12. Another weekend spent battling my nemeses: Knob & Tube. Finished 1st & 2nd floors. Started basement. Arms all scratched up.
  13. My recent entertainment choices all revolve around This American Life: Mike Birbiglia, The Informant!, Radiolab
  14. Ballpark Village, Bottle District, NorthSide... There's a pattern here. Large-scale urban development doesn't work. This isn't a cornfield.
  15. Going to see Mike Birbiglia at the Pageant tonight. Because I'm in the future also.
  16. In case there was any doubt about Paul McKee being a financially desperate, anti-urban, anti-community scumbag: http://bit.ly/SYvX9
  17. Did 10 deadlifts with 285 lbs. Hard to hold onto the bar, even with wrist wraps. Wuss grip.
  18. RT @jack: FACT. St Louis is St Louis City. (Twitter creator Jack Dorsey gets it, but Metropolis St. Louis does not.)
  19. Spent most of the day removing knob & tube wiring. Lungs coated with 100-year-old dust. I never think about a mask until it's too late.
  20. Jogged home from work (Wash U to TG South)
