@ P.S. rather than deleting states you can simply deactivate them by clicking on the "tick" icon from the admin list.

Then add that class to the ac-contents/themes/default/css/avail-calendar.css style sheet

@ The calendar on that url is working OK for me (ie I can see all the months)

@ it must be that your server isn't configured to read $_REQUEST. You will need to check the ac-includes/ajax/calendar.ajax.php too
