  13. Well, I learned a lot today. I learned that I was focusing too much on being compassionate for someone else, instead of myself.
  14. It isn't the easy things that help us to grow--it's the hard things. Challenges are gifts, even when it doesn't feel like it in the moment.
  15. Going out for sushi tonight, followed by a solstice party. I'm sure that's traditional in an alternate universe somewhere.
  16. You know, it really is a wonderful life. If you'll let it be. What I have right now is amazing. Thank you, God.
  17. @RascalTweets Amen.
  18. I think it's time to watch "It's a Wonderful Life." Any Frank Capra fans out there? ("Lost Horizon" is one of my favorites of all time.)
  19. You just never know when you're going to touch someone's life. This was really sweet: http://www.denverpost.com/ci_14022553
  20. Looking forward to picking up the kids later & hearing "MORE CHRISTMAS LIGHTS!!" all the way home. (It's Wren's job to spot them all.)
