@ It's not easy, is it. I believe there are ways to measure longer term benefits, but they still take imagination and guesswork.

Looking at the long term benefits of IT for a client. Hard to calculate because business would be totally different without IT.

@ It's a locally developed ERP which isn't widely used. Problem was probably with client's support group who didn't realise....
