  7. @dkrumlauf as I said at the CMW training - the transitions themselves are *always* small nightmares :) the payoff is what comes after.

  9. we changed nothing (but checked everything) and suddenly, yesterday, it starts working again. in my book, salesforce support = FAIL
  10. disappointed in salesforce - our web-to-lead (registration) form stopped working two weeks ago. Sforce said it was b/c of our custom code
