  16. @matthewATlaw This is a good example of why public accommodations need to know both state and federal laws about service animals.
  17. @rrescot He can be required to pay for the damage, but he has the right to not speak to police. With no witnesses, the cops have nothing.
  18. @rrescot It happened on private property so it's private business, and no one is required to talk to the police. Odd behavior though.
