  1. A final holiday concert will be performed by students on Fri. at 10:15 AM. Come see or watch for it on FATV in the coming days and weeks!
  2. In the true holiday spirit, students at Applewild raised $990 for Unicef & $211 for Oxfam in November- examples of strong Core values.
  3. It's Buddy Day & US students are creating plans with their Buddies for a new composting initiative at Applewild. More greening of the Apple!

  5. 3rd grade students celebrated Colonial American History. In Colonial attire they made fire rattles,writing quills,danced the Va. Reel,& more
  6. Students elected to skip lunch today.Money saved from lunches was sent to Oxfam.Instead of food they chewed on issues regarding World Hunger
  7. Upper School students will participate in Applewild's 30th Annual Oxfam Fast on Monday, Nov. 23rd- a tradition of Thanksgiving preparation.
  8. The curtain is about to rise on "Of Mice and Men". If you miss it, you may be able to catch the 4th grade play on FATV.Break a leg 4th grade
  9. Community service was alive and well today as 1st Graders went to Head Start & 2nd graders met their "Grand Buddies" at the Highlands.

  14. Worth every penny paid to wear jeans, US students raised $378.70 to support Lee Denim Day- raising money & awareness for Breast Cancer.
