  1. @oddzuki Though he now uses his own streaming server through Amazon Web Services so there's no ads in his live content.
  2. @oddzuki Yep, our CEO uses live stream then distros his mp3 audio/mp4 video via PowerPress: geeknewscentral.com
  3. @oddzuki That Smod thing is for strealing live content. Podcasting is a different animal, most folks manage them separately.
  4. @oddzuki live production sites? There are thousands. powerpresspodcast.com is the podcast for the plugin.
  5. @oddzuki Not just experience, I wrote the plugin. Let me know if you have questions.
  6. @pfleidi Shoot me an email, cio [at] rawvoice (dot) com, send me the feed URLs you wish you could make with PowerPress and catgories.
  7. @pfleidi Not to blow your mind but another approach is to use Custom Post Types, which PowerPress supports on a per-podcast-channel basis.
  8. @pfleidi Oh, so like http:// example (dot) com /feed/podcast/category-1/ ?
  9. @pfleidi Sounds like you don't like this answer, but I would create 2 channels for your category and use them only for that category.
  10. @pfleidi The only reason you cannot have channels in categories is it would create a matrix of options, way complicated.
  11. @randgruppenfunk Think I helped you in the forum, it's a CSS issue, height:auto; for object will not work in FF.
  12. @pfleidi I see, just be aware you can't have multiple media files in 1 item in 1 feed. Take a look at the channels feature + categories.
  13. @pfleidi Separate feed media formats in PowerPress works using the Podcast Channels feature, which can co-inside with categories
  14. @randgruppenfunk @blubrry What's the URL? I will check with my Firefox.
  15. Got PowerPress 4.0 released late Friday night, had family to attend to during the day. Been a busy Mothersday weekend too! #fb
  16. @taestell @blubrry We'll reach out to Instacast see what we can do, should be easy as we already have the multi-feeds in PowerPress!
  17. iTunes Podcasting Specifications Changed May 2012 – What That Means for Podcasting powerpresspodcast.com/2012/05/10/itu…
  18. Got feedback from Apple iTunes and Microsoft Zune on PowerPress 4.0, both seemed pleased with latest features. #fb
  19. @bafadam Biggest thing is the addition of the new iTunes feed features and image requirement changes.
