  1. My deli is opening soon at the cook school. Everyone on Churchfield Rd been very welcoming. Am looking forward to feeding them all.
  2. Acton Cook School opened last night! We hit the target date and the debut class was amazing! Thanks to the whole team!!

  5. Just caught up with Jamie USA. Watched in awe as they prep'd and bbq'd the whole hog...amazing. Naked cooking. Loving Jamie all over again!
  6. Had the most fab oysters today at the Oyster Bar in Bibendum. Tasted natives & Fines de Claire. The umami flavours were amazing!

  10. Sicilian pastry shop Albert St, Leith Edinburgh. The best kept secret cake heaven shop in Edinburgh. I LOVE it. Try the chocolate beignets.
  11. In Edinburgh 1st day of hols. Its pouring. Planned to go raspberry picking with the kids. So off to Leith has some interesting foodie shops.
  12. Watched Rick Stein today. Am loving his Asian tour. Totally my kinda food! Have been inspired to put a Vietnamese class on the schedule.
  13. Beth and I also made baklava. A total revelation! So easy we layered butter and filo pastry with ground almonds, pistachios. Bake & Eat.
  14. Baking day in kitchen. Carrot cake dark and sticky with molasses sugar and moist with crushed pineapple. Topped with lemon cheese icing.
  15. Going to include all my own produce in the tins & hampers pomegrante caramels, tamarind & jaggery chutney. Any special requests/suggestions?
