  1. 15 weeks since I broke my wrist. Still hurts & don't have full range of motion. First physical therapy session Wed.

  7. @Billiam_Button Thx. When I focus on breathing, I hear how heavy I'm breathing, then start thinking about how tired I am. Then I slow down.
