  1. @prawlings yeah, it's passive. Range is a few inches, so not amazing but not too bad for swiping gestures
  2. That's a successful afternoon. Can now read Tikitag RFID UIDs from my Tikitag reader on Windows. Good time to stop for the day methinks
  3. It may not seem much, but after an afternoon of hacking, I have code to read the firmware version from a Tikitag reader. Next step RFID tags
  4. More #arduino goodies arrived for Twacky Races. RFID modules this time. Just need my RFID shields to arrive from @tinker_it now :-)
  5. @juliancheal Intelligent photos, sounds interesting. What would they do?
  6. Great to see @bubblino and @andyhunti's musical boxes in action in the @thinkingdigital highlights film - http://bit.ly/3H8rI
  7. @davemee Is that a Fivepenny Piece reference? "Big Jim were a worm..."?
  8. Watching the @ThinkingDigital 2009 highlights film at http://www.thinkingdigital....
  9. RT @tinker_it: really interesting Flash/code/hardware integration stuff http://bit.ly/qVN1U // liking how flash isn't classed as code :-)
  10. @sctv Cool. Will be good to catch up with you. Had forgotten for a minute that you're speaking at #artofdigital too :-)
  11. Why do I only find out now that #sketching09 is being held in London? :-( Shame there isn't more chat on twitter about it
  12. @sctv Twacky Races is an RFID scavenger hunt culminating in a twitter-fuelled RC car race, being held at @the_storey in Lancaster on 30th
  13. @mikethebee Plus it's also going under the name of #getambition, so you may have more joy following that
  14. @mikethebee 1 of the things #artofdigital is doing is explaining what twitter (&c) is, so not surprising the audience isn't tweeting much :)
  15. @SuButcher Hehe. The Arduino is the computer board that powers @Bubblino, and is generally credit-card sized. This version is SIM-card size
  16. Wow, hadn't realised just how tiny the Arduino Pro Mini (http://tinyurl.com/lnsjgu ) is! It's only 2cm x 3cm!
  17. Excellent. Postie has just dropped off a package of #Arduino goodies ready for Twacky Races at #artofdigital later this month
  18. @matlock I think they're some good photos.
  19. @nicklockey No, sadly http://tinyurl.com/l4p2jf is what supercars would look like if they were made by Smart :-s
  20. @nathanryder Don't know if you'll be back, or if you've heard, but given earlier TED tweets might be interested in http://tedxliverpool.com
