  1. @BryantD I wonder why there's nothing in DC / NoVa.
  2. @fredhicks @rdonoghue I must point out: http://www.brettspielwelt.d...
  3. @senatorhatty You should make a character for my virtual tabletop game to try it out! (See my LJ.)
  4. @senatorhatty Boxed set (PHB1, DMG, MM1): http://bit.ly/book-dnd4e-bo... - Would also recommend PHB2 and MM2.
  5. @smorgan74 Absolute dollars of profitability is not necessarily the metric. It might be ROIC, for instance.
  6. @boymonster It's part of the whole "it's expensive to be poor" bundle, unfortunately. http://snipr.com/lihk4
  7. Godin is wrong about "gain share by charging less = rational". Not always a good idea to gain share at the cost of declining margins.
  8. @BryantD Re: D&D virtual tabletop, see my post: http://snipr.com/l74vv
  9. @rdonoghue @fredhicks Central hosting much easier for user to config. No doubt they'll have privacy settings. No different than Xbox Live...
  10. Whee. VZ materialized and fixed the line unexpectedly. The bad news: Someone purposefully physically disconnected the external phone wiring.
  11. On the plus side: got the DDSL installed, clocking in at 5 Mbps. I guess I should install Skype so I can make some fricking phone calls.
  12. @bhoneydew Woot gratz!
  13. MORE THAN TWO DAYS TO FIX THE DAMNED PHONE. Gotta love a monopoly, eh?
  14. Damn it. Verizon seems to have disconnected the FiOS phone/TV as a result of trying to get business DDSL installed.
  15. @bhoneydew I'm guessing nerdrage over Origins winners or something.
  16. Who would be interested in the occasional pickup virtual tabletop (MapTool) D&D4e game?
  17. I want to play D&D.
  18. Half of my left hand is numb / constant pins-and-needles tingling. Typing is a bitch.
  19. @fredhicks @xiehicks Congrats!
  20. @rdonoghue @fredhicks Are we really slow 4e combatants? Dragon article says 45 mins (tops 60) per combat. 30 mins for low challenge.
