  1. Lt-Gen @rwac48 makes an interesting point. Our states are larger than medium sized countries! Small states OK if delivering governance.
  2. RT @Vijay_Vikram: Reading Nietzsche will change your life. There is nothing quite like the Will to Power.
  3. Vidarbha, Bandelkhand and Telungana. Hehe
  4. @ZoomIndianMedia where do you draw the line? Why stop with Myanmar? Thailand also has strong Indic links - about as much as Myanmar & Tibet
  5. @ZoomIndianMedia undoing the partition is one thing. dreaming about myanmar, afghan and tibet is totally another. No?
  6. OTOH if small states are a way to minimise govt & decentralisation then I think it won't be a bad idea. So why do they want Telungana now?
  7. LWE, seperatism and other assorted malaise are the result of bad governance. Can't add more bureacracy to that list of maladies.
  8. Now imagine if TN is bifurcated. Bureacracy doubled. More money spent on paying wages and not one guarantee for better governance.
  9. Look at the things TN govt is engaged in: bars, buses, milk shops, mining, paper mills, housing, education, temples, co-ops & then some more
  10. Any more states with existing patterns of governance means a manifold increase in bureacray, tax money wasted to pay govt servants.
  11. Are small states a solution? Not with the present paradigm of maximum government, minimum governance. Small states must mean small govt.
  12. RT @The_Kural: The powerful man's patient restraint is like the drawing back of the fighting ram before he strikes the stunning blow.
  13. RT @The_Kural: ஊக்க முடையான் ஒடுக்கம் பொருதகர் தாக்கற்குப் பேருந் தகைத்து. #Thirukkural
  14. RT @offstumped_in: “Bharat ko mein mata manta hoon” – Mauritius President - http://is.gd/5gvCa
  15. RT @S_Chaitanya: The glamour of climate change deflects attention from more urgent environmental issues, issues that have more immediate ...
  16. @ZoomIndianMedia you kidding, no? All of us understand what he says. I find it funny and berefit of any sense.
  17. @Vijay_Vikram No yaar. That's why I said last poll. Modi campaigned not on mozzie bashing but on gujju pride&governance in last poll.
  18. @Vijay_Vikram NaMo cld sustain momentum in last poll purely on gujarati pride, good governance and thriving economy.
  19. @Vijay_Vikram hindu assertion can happen in non-religious spheres. Hindus not a consolidated monolithic entity. Fragmented into castes
  20. @centerofright True. RJB too was a catalyst no? How did Kalyan become UP CM?
