  7. Complimenting each other could mean an integrated flavor made up of several elements none of which stands out.
  8. Does balance in a beer mean flavors off set each other, as in a lot of malt balancing a lot of hops, or does it mean compliment each other.
  9. Two Seeing Double IPA's from Foothills Brewery, NC, at Whiskey in Durham. Wonderful way to cap a highly productive day.

  15. Ashviulle Brewery was taking names for a beer named after Kenyen West, most not repeatable. Amber wa great, toasted almonds. Daniel
  16. Now on to a Maudite, probably not great sequence. I remember Maudite as bigger, lot of dried fruit with a soft finish. Daniel
  17. now for a Triple Karmiliet, a very slight toffee sweet note in the finish. Daniel
  18. at World Beer Fes-Durham eveming session . just tasted an Urthel Hop-It, very bfight and spicey. Daniel
  19. it's the second session. I went home and got my dress shoes so my feet have stopped hurting. amazing weather, got a moon reise coming.
