  4. making some progress on the coaching/mentoring project plus more work on TMS workshop develpment.
  5. single track running later today at Umstead. Anyone interested in joining me?
  6. got dark all of a sudden.
  7. wrapped up another solid week of running, which to me is mid-30's mileage. Laugh all you want runner types.
  8. volunteered to help out on the course at tomorrow's City of Oaks marathon and half, but I haven't yet heard back from the organizer.
  9. signed up for Old Reliable 10k last night. Can I finally get an official, certified distance sub 40 10k?
  10. so Remy thinks he can dance too.
  11. attending wasn't a total loss - I won a too-big shirt, socks for Gary and me, plus a PINK visor. My "favorite" color.
  12. missed most of Dave Scott's speech at the NCTS banquet while I kept a disruptive Remy out of the room. Gary got some on video.
  13. nice run w/ Amie K this AM on the recently upgraded Chatham County portion of the American Tobacco Trail.
  14. perfect weather for another trail run.
  15. off to run singletrack at Umstead. In the cold.
  16. chilly ride this AM. I feel for my tri-buds who still have races to train for. Stay warm!

  18. just took a look at the weather forecast for the next several days-- rainy in the 40's. GROSS.
  19. my husband taught Remy to say "woof woof" when he hear's a dog bark. My son's hearing is fantastic.
