  1. @dtjedi ReadItLater and Instapaper both do the same (stupid) thing: they sync JUST the URL and cookies. Obviously this breaks in many places
  2. I love how GIANT HUGE ISSUE BUCKET (contents: 226 issues) can be reduced to 25 issues using regex.
  3. @dtjedi Tree Style Tabs (FF extension) make this problem both much worse and much easier to resolve.
  4. @r0d3nt I love all the talk about the "technical complexity" of the problem: it's like none of them ever normalized their mp3s...oh right...
  5. @tottenkoph the little lock sign says "don't worry unless your mother approves random friends" as long as you trust twitter security :D
  6. @chpwn such as "rubber band" multitasking: like how in Windows where alt-tab returns you to your most recently used app after switching away
  7. @chpwn nothing more than burning curiosity on my part: I do have some modifications I'm looking forward to writing on top of ProSwitcher
  8. @rpetrich how might one get authorized, or am I better off compiling from github :)
  9. @Ne0nimda if you're willing to deal with shared hosting, GoDaddy's not bad. I strongly prefer DreamHost.
  10. @halfsourpickle unfortunately not: I'm not sure when I'm back in MA at this point until, like, May =/
  11. @halfsourpickle if you haven't discovered monoprice.com do so immediately :)
  12. @dtjedi with it and iFile I was able to pull down this year's DefCON badge source code package and read it during B-sides
  13. @dtjedi Safari Download Manager: combined with iFile it goes a -very- long way towards laptop independence at conferences
  14. @volve d alexanderlash go poke someone in COSD about... :D
  15. @dejobaan if by that you mean the empty bottles of wild turkey littering the streets after the Red Sox won in '04, fair enough :D
  16. RT @eviljordan: WAAAAA! WAAAA! I live in the North East and it's cold. WAAAAAAAA!!!! ... STFU & GTFO!
  17. @dejobaan Speaking as a WPI alum, AaAaA's take on Worcester, MA is shockingly accurate
  18. tl;dr: @DHowett makes a useful and inexpensive app (a rarity in EITHER app store) that's getting blatantly pirated to the tune of cheering.
  19. Watching the Apple and Cydia app stores devolve is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Good luck to @DHowett fighting the good fight.
  20. #AaaaaAAaaaAAAaaAAAAaAAAAA can be loaded in three seconds, learned in ten seconds, and played for twenty seconds or eight hours. Badass.
