  1. Note to self: let DropBox finish syncing before shutting down PC. Just cleared out 1/2 gig of "conflicted copy" files.
  2. Why don't Macs have dedicated Home and End keys or even recognize them on my external keyboard? Command <- and -> just don't do it for me.
  3. Listening to kids piano recitals at Crossroads Mall in Bellevue--really brought out the holiday mood

  10. Had been looking for a stable virtual desktop manager for Windows 7 64-bit. Finally settled on Virtual Dimension 0.95alpha.
  11. Ordered an HP dv7t notebook last night. Just realized it weighs 9 pounds and has a 5 minute battery life. Oh well, I need the exercise.
