  1. (It's a little hard to tell, but the top book is the UK edition of Goddess Interrupted.)
  2. @nicknavarre Holy crap they have a lot! Also, you are awesome times a million and six.
  3. @SeoEvie @JustALilLost Eee, thank you so much!! So thrilled you're enjoying it! Your reviews made my night. ;D
  4. @JustALilLost @SeoEvie Very cool! Hope you enjoy it if/when you get the chance to read. ;D
  5. @BethDazzled CONGRATULATIONS!! Who's publishing it?
  6. @CaylaKL Nope! Some nudity, but I don't think there was any sex in it at all either.
  7. (I really do not like graphic violence.)
  8. Wait wait wait. An episode of Game of Thrones where no one was beheaded, stabbed, gutted, or lost a limb? What IS this magic?
  9. @caitlingss It's late. The weirder the metaphor, the better. ;D
  10. @caitlingss Aw! Sometimes breaks are good, but if you believe in the story, don't let it last forever. ;D
  11. @OliviaHennis I don't have a copy within my reach. And am WAY too comfortable to get up. Will tweet it later! ;D
  12. @caitlingss I am totally the opposite. I fiddled with the last line a lot, usually, but endings I usually nail the first time around.
  13. On THAT note, the first line of the first chapter of TGT (not the prologue--well, the prologue too, but that was added later) never changed.
  14. Also, very hard advice to follow. I really suck at beginnings. If it takes me less than five rewrites, I consider it a win.
  15. Last tweet brought to you by the best writing teacher I ever had - my screenwriting professor. Still applies 100% to novels.
  16. Start a story when the story starts, not before. Everything should be important. If you can cut it and the story still makes sense, cut it.
