  1. I see that The Supreme court have delivered judgement in Seldon and Homer. I am not sure that it makes the issues a great deal clearer.

  5. The deposit that may be charged in tribunal cases will increase from the 15 February 2012. It is currently £500 but will increase to £1000.
  6. Government proposes heavy penalties for those subletting council properties. 2 years imprisonment and £50,000 fine. Now that is a deterrent!
