  17. @bazil749 depends on the browser, depends on the code. browser failure states are pretty ambiguous, despite what Microsoft likes to say.
  18. Tip for webapp developers: metrics are *key*. Whether you're just looking at the DB, logs, a console, whatever - just know what's happening.
