  6. @sk8r4life89 Then when you do have a flare, you can look back to see what consistently triggers your flares. Eliminate those foods.
  7. @sk8r4life89 Foods to avoid can be very individual. Diet diary is imperative to finding your triggers. Log everything you eat and when.
  8. @sk8r4life89 I can't give medical advice, but biofeedback can be very helpful with pain control. I'd check into that with your doctor.

  14. @angelamariehill I think it's true, you can never REALLY understand #Crohns unless you're living with it. Emphathize, but not understand.
