  1. Had a great workout this morning and will be finishing the day with a couple clients to put through the paces. Let's have some fun!!
  2. Is it me or has the word "really" taking on a whole new meaning?
  3. Flag football is now over. Time to get the body ready for alumni basketball on Thanksgiving.
  4. Beautiful day out. Then I was wondering why I was busting my butt inside on the cross trainer?!
  5. Dublin facility has been transformed and is ready to rock and roll. Filling up the time slots.
  6. Waiting for the OSU game and updating fantasy football stuff.
  7. It's NBA time!! Watching the Lakers and enjoying the free week NBA league pass.
  8. Wouldn't mind seeing the Yankees lose, but if they win I'll be happy for A-Rod. He gets a bum rap.
  9. Strength is magical, just a little bit more can mean the difference between success and failure.
  10. Back is getting better. Might have to examine entire workout regimen to prevent this from happening again.
  11. Strained my lower back yesterday. Trying to rehab it as quick as possible, but looks like flag football is a no go tomorrow.
  12. Been real busy with the move, but starting to get things organized. Will be training people real soon.

  18. A client just gave a late cancellation. I guess I have time now to get all those things done I say I never have time for.
  19. Chowing down to a typical lunch for me: chicken breast, mixed veggies, whole wheat pasta, and some rice. I have fruit for dessert.
  20. A lack of exercise robs the body of an essential ingredient.
