  1. @danielpunkass ONE WONDERFUL CALORIE! TWO WONDERFUL CALORIES! HA HA HA! THREE WONDERFUL CALORIES! HA HA HA! (channeling Sesame Street.)
  2. Kudos to @GlennF and @jeffcarlson for their programming and design work on the TidBITS Commenting System!
  3. I'm also really enjoying watching the comments start to flow in the new TidBITS Commenting System: http://db.tidbits.com/artic...
  4. Having trouble focusing on work with my sister and nephews here and going into the holiday weekend.
  5. Break in the rain, according to the radar - @tonyaengst is biking over to get Tristan at camp. Hope the radar doesn't lie!
  6. @danielpunkass No, that's when you're 90+. Until then be happy if they hang up their coats.
  7. @SharonZardetto Yeah, Lawren's actually from Ithaca - Tonya knew him growing up and we ran together a bit a few years back.
  8. A running friend cracks a 200-year-old code sent to Thomas Jefferson: http://online.wsj.com/artic...
  9. Now moving on to the Beatles: "Here Comes the Sun" Pretty please?
  10. Recent weather brought to you by the Eurythmics - "Here Comes the Rain Again"
  11. @rolandw Which model? They look great, but most are pretty big for just a laptop.
  12. @jeffcarlson I will concede that running with laptops sucks. Never found a good bag that didn't move when I ran.
  13. @jsnell Apparently they'll even sometimes fix broken glass for free. See the comments at http://db.tidbits.com/artic...
  14. @jeffcarlson @GlennF How far can it be? I dropped Tristan off at camp, left the car, and ran 8 miles home. :-)
  15. @peternlewis Bounce me some email with your CrashPlan setup and I may be able to suggest something.
  16. @reppep Yes, I think I finally got through to them (long talk with a PR person a while back about the importance of release notes).
  17. @caymsortweeted They're somewhat similar, I believe, but with more of a sauce.
  18. Wrote up Firefox 3.5, a nice upgrade if you like Firefox (I do). Nothing groundbreaking, but that's not surprising. http://bit.ly/EkO9N
  19. Off to make Swedish Meatballs with pickled cucumbers. It was warm and sunny, but turned wet, so comfort food is needed.
  20. @GlennF We need inflatable cars. Accidents would involve lots of bouncing.
