@ Realistically anything you use should be fine. The EM6910 has a decent pump so even a straight water back backflush will help.

@ The internet is your oyster. Order a big jar of cafetto powder from CoffeeParts.com, use citric acid from Coles to descale.

@ What kind of coffee machine are you cleaning ? I'd use cafetto or some other kind of cleaner, and citric acid solution for descaling

@ Pretty certain any restaurant in Perth would open a bottle of Grange for you. I'd book any fancy place, Star Anise, Jacksons, Amuse

@ The burgers are better mostly everywhere else. Flipside, Jus, Alfreds, Bistro Comparing Maccas to HJs is redundant to taste.

@ Offically unofficial. If that cafe is touting Slow Food as a reason their coffee is good, I might need to pay them a visit.

@ @ There is the presidia which protects certain foods. Or maybe Ponchione support them in Italty, but definitely not here.

@ Nice idea, but then you'd need to hand out how to make flat white, cappuccino, and espresso cards too, and you'd run out of pockets

Stopped by a TAFE cooking class this afternoon. Our chefs of the future are delinquents and deviants looking for somewhere to call home.
