  1. @aditya i think a lot of people realized the importance of web notifications. might have even been in the HTML 5 spec by then, not sure.
  2. @progrium voted three times on three different browsers. ;) stupid system.
  3. @SamS23 haha, yes. i watched that episode too. that quote is spot-on.
  4. @mitchoyoshitaka yep, display as *hi* on published post and in my "visual" view, i still see what i wrote - <em>hi</em>.
  5. OH : "marriage is between a man and the woman he cheats on" (republican caucus' defense of marriage act)
  6. @WNithin yeah, she agrees but she can't agree on TV, of course. even if it is FOX.
  7. "we keep marrying other species..." http://bit.ly/B5zEh. hilarious.
  8. @mitchoyoshitaka i think it should *not* be preserved. when i write <em>hi</em>, i expect *hi*, not "<em>hi</em>".
  9. @edgargoncalves argh, this is a major annoyance but i need to find some solution. will play around in photoshop.
  10. @Folletto i'm actually pretty interested in using it (was writing an app in appjet but...). do you know how much joyent will cost?
  11. @mitchoyoshitaka http://bit.ly/ryXmf minor issue, though. and added web forwarding. thanks for reminding
  12. @mitchoyoshitaka basically, HTML in the "visual" view should render as HTML, not text. yep, guess it's not your fault.
  13. @visheshk yep, congrats! :)
  14. @Folletto what's wrong with spidermonkey?
  15. joyent is releasing a javascript-based server platform like google app engine. spidermonkey based. http://tr.im/rxlG (via @Folletto)
  16. @mitchoyoshitaka suggestion for your markdown plugin: HTML in content should be treated as HTML rather than text, as the markdown spec says.
  17. @mitchoyoshitaka yep, i use everydns who tell me web forwarding isn't implemented yet so either i wait or find another free dns alternative.
  18. OMG, it works! web notifications on safari!
  19. @cheeaun to get its fluid notifications to work on safari, which for some reason doesn't http://adityamukherjee.com/...
  20. trying to debug meebo's javascript code, all of 40318 lines of it.
