  14. @DavidSpinks hope it helps. try to keep exercise sessions shorter and more frequent & keep your knee straight while at the comp too
  15. @DavidSpinks often leads to knee problems and knee pain. I have tennis elbow so while a different limb, same problem.
  16. @DavidSpinks to your routine - especially if you're generally a very flexible person. And I mean more than just your legs. Hip weakness
  17. @DavidSpinks make sure to stretch properly 10 minutes before and after exercise, and if you don't already add a form of muscle building
  18. @DavidSpinks i've had 2 knee surgeries, and from my experience yu can go see a doctor but they aren't likely to do much and say what i will
  19. @DavidSpinks knee problems are VERY common. Is it swollen? What areas of the knee (i'm guessing anterior, but top, bottom, all of it?)?
