@ hope it helps. try to keep exercise sessions shorter and more frequent & keep your knee straight while at the comp too

@ often leads to knee problems and knee pain. I have tennis elbow so while a different limb, same problem.

@ make sure to stretch properly 10 minutes before and after exercise, and if you don't already add a form of muscle building

@ i've had 2 knee surgeries, and from my experience yu can go see a doctor but they aren't likely to do much and say what i will

@ knee problems are VERY common. Is it swollen? What areas of the knee (i'm guessing anterior, but top, bottom, all of it?)?
