@angelgirlla: Clearly you don't watch much televised sports. And yes, that's pretty much the target audience.
"Pushing Daisies" is the TV equivalent of a cozy warm blanket for me. It just makes me happy.
NFL Network's use of "Every Day Is Like Sunday" in its ads is just weird. And not as cool as "32 Flavors" from a few years back.
Very solid "Office" opening. Not a laff riot all the way through, but very good character stuff. One of the better hour-longs they've done.
Yo, NBC, why so stingy with new photos from "The Office"? A single photo from the season premiere on the press site doesn't cut it.
Hmm. Ellen Pompeo on "Law & Order," playing a woman who was a willing accomplice to a rapist. This is not Meredith Grey.
Emmy shows are always badly paced, but this is the worst one in a good while.
First "Mad Men" win of the night, richly deserved for Matt Weiner's pilot script.
Kinda wishing the NPH-Kristin Chenoweth wasn't cut for time. Woulda been up for a little song and dance from them.
Or, maybe I was right the first time re: John Adams. Also, like that Mama Gump gave the Emmy to Forrest -- "Have you been a good boy?"
But she is right to demand and standing O for Don Rickles.
That is one serious weave Kathy Griffin has on her head.
Or when Paul Giamatti wins. That'll probably come first
So John Adams has now tied the all-time Emmy record with 11. It'll break that when it wins for best miniseries in a little while.
The multi-host thing isn't the train wreck I thought it'd be. Thank heaven for small favors.
Woulda preferred the "Extras" finale to win best TV movie, but not at all surprised at "Recount." Go Jonathan/Doyle!
President Bartlet says go vote! OK then.
My Dayton homeboy Martin Sheen gets a laugh for noting that "The West Wing" won Emmys "for just about everyone involved, except me."
Well, yeah, of course Barry Sonnenfeld is gonna win for comedy directing. He wasn't even really competing on the same field as the others.
David Boreanaz looks *thrilled* to be doing the Creative Arts rundown with Lauren Conrad.
